Terms (beta)

These are the terms for using Roof Radar during its private beta. Roof Radar is a brand operated by Maverick Services LLC. Access is invite-only and by account approval.

Beta software

Roof Radar is under active development and provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features, pricing, and this agreement may change as the product develops, and we may add, change, or remove functionality without notice during the beta period.

Your responsibilities

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the photos, addresses, and messaging you submit.
• You must have the right to photograph the properties you submit and to mail to the addresses you target.
• Mail content you send through Roof Radar must be truthful and comply with applicable advertising and mailing law.
• You won’t use Roof Radar to send content that is deceptive, harassing, or unrelated to the exterior-cleaning services it’s built for.

Fees

Beta pricing and mail costs are set per organization and communicated directly rather than published here while terms are still settling. Contact us if you need current pricing.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account during the beta period, including for misuse of the service or non-payment of mailing costs. You can stop using Roof Radar and ask us to close your account at any time.

Liability

Because this is beta software, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or any particular campaign outcome. Roof Radar’s liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim arises.

Changes

We’ll notify you by email or in-app of material changes to these terms.
