Roof Radar is a private beta product, and a brand operated by Maverick Services LLC. This page describes what we collect and why, in plain language, while the product is still small enough that a plain-language answer is also a complete one.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email, and the organization you sign up under.
• Photos you capture of roofs in the field, and the property addresses Roof Radar resolves from them.
• Campaign and mail-piece data you create, including messaging and design choices.
• QR scan and lead-page events for mail pieces you send, so response can be tracked back to the house.

How it’s used

Solely to operate the product: generating mail pieces, sending them, and reporting response back to your organization. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or campaign data for anything outside the Roof Radar service.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (Postgres and file storage), hosted in the United States. Mail production and physical mailing are handled through print and postal vendors as needed to fulfill a campaign you create.

Retention

We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet legal or operational obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Beta status

This is an early, invite-only product. This policy will get more formal as the product grows; if it changes in a way that matters to you, we’ll say so directly rather than just editing this page.
