Turn dirty roofs into new customers.
Photograph a dirty roof in the field. Roof Radar identifies the property, builds a personalized piece of direct mail around that exact photo, and tracks every QR scan and lead back to the house you photographed.

How it works
Four steps, from the truck to a tracked lead.
Capture
Photograph the roof from the truck. No measuring, no drone, no extra stop.
Confirm
Roof Radar resolves the property address from the photo. One tap to confirm it.
A personalized piece goes out built around that exact photo — not a generic template.
Track
Every QR scan and lead that comes back ties to the specific house you photographed.
The differentiator
Not a template. The homeowner’s own roof.
Every piece Roof Radar mails carries the photo taken in the field, with the same hand-drawn red marker circle the mailer PDF prints — pointing at the visible dark streaking, not a stock photo of a generic roof. The roof below is a real one, cropped to the shingle so it identifies no address; the mark itself is the exact code the printed piece uses.
The QR code below is a real, working code from the same generator that goes on the printed mailer.

The message
Roof cleaning is our specialty.
Low pressure, on purpose
Soft washing runs at roughly 150-300 PSI, well under the 3,000+ PSI of standard pressure washing — low enough that it will not dislodge the granules that protect an asphalt shingle.
Treats the root, not just the surface
The cleaning solution is water-based and biodegradable, and treats algae, moss, and lichen where they grow rather than blasting the visible layer off the top.
Purpose-built equipment
Most exterior-cleaning outfits clean a roof occasionally, on the same rig they use for driveways. A soft-washing operator runs equipment built for the roof specifically.
This is the message strategy Roof Radar helps a SoftWash Systems Affiliate deliver — the method and the equipment, not a promise about any specific roof's condition.
The math
What a campaign could look like
Not a Roof Radar result — no campaign data exists to report yet. The response and close rates are assumptions you would set for your own market. The price per piece is the real, current Roof Radar rate at this volume.
